1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchange under the following conditions:
- Items must be in unused, original condition, with all tags, packaging, dust bags, and protective elements intact.
- Returns and exchange must be initiated within 14 days of delivery for domestic orders or 28 days for international orders.
- Products marked final sale, custom, personalised, or made-to-order are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return through your Aeronaut account:
- Log in at www.theaeronaut.com/account
- Go to Order History
- Select the relevant order and click Request Return
- Follow the prompts and submit your request
After approval, you will receive return instructions and a Return Authorisation Number.

3. Return Delivery & Costs
- UAE: Complimentary return delivery label provided.
- Rest of the World: Returns and exchange accepted, but customer is responsible for any duties and taxes.

4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Original delivery, handling, and duty fees are non-refundable.
- International refunds may exclude customs/duty charges.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the replacement.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact crewsupport@theaeronaut.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include photos and order details.
- We will cover all delivery costs for approved claims.

If your item was a gift:
- You may initiate a return through your Aeronaut account.
- Refunds go to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.

- UK & EU: You have the right to cancel within 14 days under Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- USA: We comply with all state-level consumer protections.
- UAE & GCC: Returns and exchange governed by local e-commerce laws.
- Asia & Other Regions: Returns and exchange follow global best practices, subject to local customs policies.
