An Aeronaut piece is meant to be kept. What follows is what we do to make that true.
The Aeronaut Guarantee
Lifetime cover on the shell, the wheels, the handle and the zips — for as long as you own the bag. No registration, no renewals.
The hundred-day trial
Fly with it for 100 days. If it is not the last cabin bag you buy, send it back.
Wheels, replaced not repaired around
The wheels are quick-change by design. The parts most likely to wear are the parts made to come off, so a worn wheel is a short job rather than a reason to buy the whole thing again.
Delivered duties-paid
We ship to 28 countries across the Gulf, Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific. Every order arrives duties-paid — the price you see is the price you pay.
Crew Support
A person, not a queue. Write to Crewsupport@theaeronaut.com with your order number and we will take it from there.
