Will I be charged duties or import tax?
No. Every order ships duties-paid — the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I send it back?
Fly with it for 100 days. If it is not the last cabin bag you buy, send it back.
What does the guarantee cover?
The shell, the wheels, the handle and the zips, for as long as you own the bag.
What if a wheel wears out?
The wheels are quick-change by design. A worn wheel is a repair, not a reason to replace the bag.
What is it made of?
A riveted German polycarbonate shell in exposed-rivet construction, a carbon-fibre telescopic column, turbine wheels on a suspension mount, and a grade-5 titanium zip with an integrated yoke.
How much does it weigh?
4.2 kg.
Is it secure?
TSA-approved dual locks, so security can open the case at a baggage check without damaging it.
