Garment Production

At The Aeronaut, each garment is the result of precision engineering and uncompromising craftsmanship. From the first sketch to the final stitch, our production process is guided by a singular mission: to create timeless pieces that reflect aviation’s legacy of innovation, performance, and elegance.

We work exclusively with trusted mills and ateliers across Europe, Asia and the Middle East, many of whom supply fabrics to the world’s finest fashion houses. Our materials are carefully selected for their exceptional quality, durability, and environmental responsibility. Organic cottons, technical blends, and low-impact dyes ensure that every Aeronaut piece not only wears beautifully, but also treads lightly.

Each garment is constructed in limited quantities by skilled artisans, many of whom have honed their craft over decades. We employ meticulous quality control at every stage, from pattern cutting and stitching to finishing and packaging, to ensure the highest standards are maintained. This is engineered elegance. Designed to endure. Built to move. Worn to remember.

To guarantee these standards, our production partners carry globally respected certifications: GOTS for organic integrity, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for fabric safety, ISO 9001 for quality management, and ISO 14001 for environmental performance. We also prioritize suppliers certified under GRS, SA8000, and Sedex SMETA, ensuring ethical labor practices, recycled content verification, and complete traceability. These certifications are not just seals, they’re a promise of trust, transparency, and timeless quality.
